Clay Concept was founded by two Moroccan sisters, Aïda and Mimi Sekkat, with roots in design, as their family included fashion designers and painters. The company began when their mother imported homeware brands to Morocco, and they expanded to Dubai in 2021 after Mimi moved there and found a lack of classics and contemporary designs that matched their style.
